It was a Fri and home from Dr. The toilet handle broke ( I can fix that) but for 2 months I had a bucket under a slow leak under vanity sink. Time call plumber. My son recommended McQuillian Bros. I called explained with Dr appt I had not taken time to get leak fixed. We agreed on Tues as I had no appt that day. It would be between 8-4. Shortly after hanging up the lady called back and offered help Sat between 8-4. No extra charge. We agreed perfect. Few hours later a text to confirm our appt. 7:04 am a text came. It was Dawson Swaney letting us know he would be there between 8-9am. He sent a picture and a little about himself. He showed up and told us he would document all our plumbing and than show us. Also we wanted a quote on the toilet guts replaced. There was mold inside so we focused on replacing with high rise toilet. Dawson did quotes on plumbing below bathroom and kitchen sinks( a must). Also replacing toilet and doing insides. He got to work on plumbing and was fast and cleaned up as he went.👏 We decided to to replace both toilets on the upper level of our split entry. He offered to go back to warehouse to get toilets and finish job today. Again he was fast efficient and hauled out old toilets before starting next. He was amazing. Our home 20 years old and never had plumbing work. I will let our Townhome community know about McQuillian Bros. Kudos to Dawson and his work ethics. When asked how he liked his employer. He said they were great to work for. Kudos to a company with great employees and taking care of our plumbing problem.

Moe Rahimian was timely, professional, knowledgeable and kind. Really appreciate the multiple price breakdown that help me see my available options. He took the time to make sure I understood and felt good with next steps. He had a strong knowledge of my system and was able to address things quickly and holistically. Highly recommend Moe!

McQuillan Brothers is a fantastic company. They had 2 great servicemen in Kenny and Tyler. They were efficient, professional, kind and very knowledgeable. McQuillan Brothers was only 60 percent of the cost of a home service that I've had for 4 years; and a 1/3 of the cost of another company. I love the company; and will make sure to seek them out in the future!

Adam and Grant arrived on time, took the time to listen and understand my projects and offered many creative solutions which I appreciate. Great people and very pleased with their professional demeanor. Looking forward to them coming back next week to complete the work! Will update with photos after project completion.

I had a thermostat issue that was complicated by a 30 year old HVAC system. The new age thermostats did not play well with the new Honeywell board, and being a 2 zone system complicated it more. The service that I received was exceptional. The dedication and hours involved was truly appreciated. Just when the weather is changing, I’ll be controlling my system from my phone! A huge Thank You to Johnny and Jeremiah!

Called McQuillan on morning 2/27 for a clogged main drain. They gave me a next day appointment windows of 8-12. I took the day off work to make it possible. Got a call at 11 am 3 hours into my appointment window saying they wouldn't make the windows and possibly not even today. I called another company and they said they could be to my house in 2 hours. Called McQuillan back to cancel and I got someone else for the job. He didn't seem to care one bit about losing a customer. I told him I'm losing a day of work to this his response was well we can't control when people get sick. It's obvious they are overbooking and don't care about the inconvenience it causes customers. Avoid them. Others are more professional and reliable.

I’ve had two experiences related to root issues. Each time, the individual who came out to inspect the issue was helpful, patient and informative. They walked me through what their plan was and what types of situations that could arise and how they’d do their best to resolve.

Our experience started off a little rough with an Ai chat bot and scheduling but once I spoke with a person, it was all taken care of. Ali (our technician) was a delight! He was amazing and very helpful! Thank you Ali!
